Our Team

A small, experienced team united by one purpose: helping people live well, safely, and on their own terms.

  • Michelle Hudson

    Founder & Service Director

Michelle holds accountability for service integrity across the business, bringing a strong clinical lens and disciplined judgement to how services are designed and delivered.

Her approach is thoughtful and proportionate, with a clear focus on service design, decision-making frameworks, and the conditions that support consistently high-quality, client-centred delivery.

  • Christopher Rowse

Service Lead – Environmental Modifications & Supportive Home Design

Chris holds accountability for environmental modification design and oversight at Getting On, applying a refined understanding of high-end commercial and residential finishing to support safety, independence, and everyday ease through function, quality, and visual restraint.

He leads a multidisciplinary team applying dementia-inclusive and Montessori-aligned design principles to create environments that support familiarity, clear cueing, and reduced cognitive load.

  • Marie Ryan

Service Lead – Aged Care & Wellbeing

Marie brings senior executive leadership experience in aged care, with a strong focus on mental health in the ageing population.

Her work at policy and advisory level, combined with advanced clinical training as a mental health and geriatric nurse practitioner, informs disciplined oversight of service delivery at Getting On.

  • Kelly Williams

    Care Coordination Team Lead

Kelly leads care coordination at Getting On, holding accountability for the seamless planning and execution of individual client services.

She oversees day-to-day coordination across clients, ensuring services are scheduled, communicated, and adjusted with precision as needs change. Kelly’s role is grounded in practical judgement - anticipating issues, resolving complexity, and maintaining continuity so clients and families experience the service as calm, reliable, and well-managed.

  • Specialist Aged Care Companions

    The foundation of our service.

Specialist Aged Care Companions provide day-to-day support that enables clients to maintain independence, routine, and connection.

They work within clearly defined service plans, supported by experienced leadership and coordination, and are selected for their judgement, reliability, and discretion. Continuity and respect are central to their role.

  • Wellbeing & Allied Health Support

Allied health and well-being consultants are engaged selectively to strengthen mobility, confidence, and participation in daily life.

These supports are coordinated thoughtfully and only where they meaningfully improve outcomes, ensuring interventions remain practical, proportionate, and aligned with broader service goals.

  • Specialist Nursing Support

Specialist nursing support is engaged where the right clinical expertise adds genuine value, supporting health monitoring, coordination with external providers, and early identification of change.

This may include targeted nursing input such as continence support, wound care, post-acute recovery, dementia-related care, or palliative support. Nursing involvement is applied deliberately, preserving independence and everyday normality while strengthening safety, continuity, and comfort.
